How Flairs work
Flairs are TestFlair’s platform credits. Generating user stories, test cases, test scripts and test data uses Flairs. Running tests does not — and neither does reading, editing or organising your work. Paid plans include a monthly allowance and you can top up at any time. Read more in the billing guide .

What are Flairs?
Flairs are TestFlair’s platform credits. AI work — generating user stories, test cases, test scripts and test data, and the AI steps of a Jira import — is metered in Flairs. Running tests does not use Flairs, and neither does reading, editing or organising your work.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new account starts on a free allowance of Flairs, so you can try the full workflow before choosing a paid plan.
What is the difference between personal and team plans?
A personal plan covers your own work and your own Flair balance. A team plan creates its own workspace with a shared Flair pool for its members, with a set number of seats and projects. The two are independent: topping up one does not affect the other.
What happens when I run out of Flairs?
AI generation pauses until you top up or your plan renews. You can add funds at any time from Settings → Billing, or move to a larger plan.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Every paid plan has a monthly and an annual price; paying annually costs less than twelve monthly payments.
Do you offer an Enterprise plan?

Can I get a refund?
